Foodie Blogroll Widget: Posterous Tutorial

Follow the steps below in this tutorial to install the Fodie Blogroll Widget on yor blog's sidebar.

Step 1

Click on Manage this Site.

Step 2

Click on Edit Site

Step 3

Click on "Theme and customize my site".

Step 4

Click on Advanced

Step 5

Click on Enable advanced theming.

Step 6

Click on OK.

Step 7

Now you have to edit the HTML code of the template. This step can be complicated.

In order to make it easier to edi the code, click on the Expand link so you can see more of the code at once.

Step 8

Now you have to find the section of the template where the sidebar is defined. Here we want to add the Widget code. In order to find this section, scroll down until you see "{/block:ListSidebar}".

Step 9

Now you can paste your blog Foodie Blogroll widget code, right above this section.

Step 10

Click on Preview these changes to see if the Widget is displaying correctly.

Step 10

Now you should see the Foodie Blogroll Widget at the bottom of the template, on the sidebar.

Step 11

Click on Save.

Step 12

Click on OK and you are all set :)

  I have a blog on posterous. It worked for me the first time and now it's now showing the image
