Iron Foodie : The 25 Challengers

We are happy to announce the 25 challengers for the next round of the Iron Foodie Contest! 

We had over a hundred really great entries which made it really hard to pick only 25! 

If you are on this list, do not despair! The folks at Marx Foods are working on a way to reward you for participating in the contest. Stay tuned!

    Finally managed to make my dish for dinner tonight. It ended up being a stuffed pork loin with roasted veggies and cornbread. I had a great time coming up with how to use as many of the ingredients as I could - most of which I have never had before. If the roast doesn't interest you, definitely try the cornbread sometime. Everyone agreed it was the best we've ever had, and I think it was because of the Fennel Pollen!
