• About Me One of my most favorite things to do is go to the Farmer's Market, pick out the best looking ingredients, and think up a menu plan for the week that centers around those ingredients. (I'd be even happier if I had my own garden...perhaps soon.) I live in Durham, NC with my husband and couple of cute little critters. I have to eat gluten-free. The goal is to eat healthy, gluten-free food made with as many S.O.L.E. (Sustainable, Organic, Local, and Ethical) ingredients as possible, affordable as possible, and easy as possible. It's a challenge I know....but I'm up for it.
