• About Me I'm living in South Korea with my husband and our dog. We teach English during the day - eat out more often now than we ever did in the US but still cook at home a ton! I'm an expert at using up whatever is the refrigerator and making substitutions for anything from Pad Thai to Clam Chowder to the occassional Cocktail! Prior to South Korea we were living a Freegan lifestyle, dumpster diving the majority of our food stuffs and creating TONS of food with our finds. All recipes are recorded at 519 Kitchen.
