- About Me I'm a globe trotter. While originally from India, I have lived and worked in the USA, Egypt and the UAE. I've just returned to Delhi. My husband and I love to eat and experiment with our food. When we travel, eating local cuisines is an important part of our itinerary. I end up shopping for local ingredients wherever I go and use them innovatively in my cooking So while I cook Indian varieties of food about 60% of the time, my influences are numerous.
