• About Me Hi my name's Ashley and I'm a food addict. If there was no consequence (and I had a bottomless stomach) I would be eating 12 large meals a day...with snacks in between. But obviously that's not how life works and I realized this once college came and I gained the freshman thirty. So I had to turn my life around and start working out (what!?!?) and eating healthier (double what!?!?!). Luckily I lost the weight but now as a college grad it's even more difficult to stay focused with a 9-5 job. This blog follows me as I try to juggle work, life, eating right and working out!
