• About Me I am a stay-at-home mom to two little boys, ages 6 and 2. I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2005 and my 6 year old was diagnosed in 2008. I love to cook and before I left paid employment for motherhood, I worked in the hospitality industry. I was an Event Planner for Hilton Hotels and obviously had close contact with food. I have always had an interest in the science of cooking and now I am trying to apply that knowledge to gluten-free cooking! I blog about my food experiments and raising a celiac child in a "McDonald's World."
