• About Me I’ve recently left my beautiful countryside home to travel to the big city of Philadelphia. I am currently a journalism student at Temple University. As both a nature and an entertainment lover, I have and probably always will be torn between the country and the city. I have created this blog with the intention of covering topics related to my numerous interests. I am passionate about all areas of life, but in particular food, health, fitness, and the great outdoors. I am an avid runner, a cook, an artist, and a poet. I am also a yoga teacher and in love with all that yoga embodies. Balance and optimism is the key to life. I also adore the outdoors and contribute sunshine and FreshAir to what keeps me sane.
