• About Me Along with being a Registered Dietitian with a PhD in Exercise Science, I'm a hungry Chicagoan continuously searching for my next great meal. I work in Nutrition Communications, am a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, book author, presenter, leader in the American Dietetic Association and former professor from Ohio State University. Above all, I am dedicated to eating my way around the the city that offers the most diverse, creative, mouthwatering food in the US--and still fit in my jeans. I refuse to miss out on the offerings of Chicago's established and up-and-coming Chefs, neighborhood gems, foodie-hot spots, late night diners and fine dining temptations. Armed with my appetite and nutrition credentials, my mission is to eat RIGHT around Chicago.
