• About Me Aspiring professional pastry chef and food blogger/writer, with a background in graphic design and illustration, living in Los Angeles, California. I am fascinated with the science, art, culture, history, and society of food and drink, with a special interest in pastries, desserts and confections. France fascinates me a great deal and I have a strong intuition that it might be a place I'll get to live someday and that I'll connect with the country immediately within a certain region. I am constantly planning toward having my own brick and mortar bakery someday. Technically, I already own a bakery on paper but have put it on hold until I am ready to go into catering full-time. I enjoy creating, being expressive, inspiring, being inspired, learning and exploring, and I hope to cultivate my professional roots as a food writer and in culinary tourism/travel. I love making contacts and meeting new people with similar passions and intrigue with food and drink. Experiencing is knowing.
