I love honey! It is the sweetest medicine! You just can't beat real, local, raw honey for a little touch of sweetness, plus an immunity boost and help with allergies. I am definitely a fan! I love how the flavor changes through the seasons, depending on what has been flowering.

I love adding honey to my morning oatmeal. It gives such a nice and sweet flavor to the otherwise bland-tasting oatmeal.

I add honey to non-fat plain Greek yogurt or cottage cheese and use a tasty and healthy dip. This is so comforting after a long day!

I was shocked to learn that a lot of what is sold as honey in most grocery stores doesn't even have any pollen in it. Since many people eat honey for its allergy fighting prowess, it would be a waste to eat pollen free honey. That's why I buy very local honey! :)
