National Mango Board Leftover Recipe Contest: Winner!

We are pleased to announce the winner of the National Mango Board Leftover Recipe Contest.

The National Mango board was very impressed with all the recipes our members submitted. Each recipe was actually tested in ther National Mango board kitchen.

The winning recipe is: "Coconut Mango Ice Cream" by Thai Cooking with jam!

The National Mango board said: "We absolutely loved the pairing of the sticky rice with the mango ice cream".

Jam will receive two boxes of fresh mangos, a cutting board and a mango-wooden bowl courtesy of the National Mango Board.

  Wow, that does sound yummy! We are a mango loving family here, but no recipes are used - just chop up and devour! :) Congrats to the winner!
