We are a Grower, Packer and Processor of Gourmet Olives, not just re-packer. Not that there is anything wrong with repacking, we just feel we can offer a great products with aggressive pricing. Also since we do our own processing and packing we have been able to keep our prices stable for the last three years with no increases to our customers. Our olive processing incorporates old processes improved upon and made safe by modern microbiology. We have been providing Fresh Olives to cure at home for the people who enjoy the art of home processing and canning. Our site offers a couple different recipes for  home curing techniques we show you wonderful Mediterranean Partida Style as well as the Lye Process. These processes make it easy to produce an amazing cured olive even if it is your first time curing at home. Fresh Olives are available starting around the middle of September (weather permitting).
